I met Aubrey about 2 years ago at the North County Computer Club  Group. 
At the time I had a Dell Computer that was about 2-3 yrs old.  He came to
my rescue a few times to clean it up, and add some programs and teach me
how to use them.  
On Mother's Day 2004 I was given a new H.P. computer.   Aubrey installed it,
my printer and my digital camera and uninstalled my scanner plus changing
speakers two times as I changed my mind about what I wanted.

Aubrey  taught me how to save a lot of time transferring my photos to the
web by showing me and writing the steps down one by one so that I would
have them when I was on my own.  He was very patient with me as I made
the transition  to XP, and 9.0 and my new computer.
I feel he is very knowledgeable  about computers and accessories.  I also
feel he is honest and very patient and fair.   I especially like the fact that
he does not teach me more than I want to know--or-- more than I have
to know.   My computer experience has been enhanced because of Aubrey.

 Even though I had access to computers in my teaching career, I never
really took advantage of the many ways in which using a computer could
make my life easier and more interesting. Then my special friend gave me
a computer AND I met Aubrey and Shirl at the Tri-City Computer Club. 

Now, as they say, the rest is history. Aubrey's understanding of the physical
make-up the computer and how it functions, plus his patience in giving this
information to others makes him an excellent teacher. What I have already learned has added  a new dimension to my life and I am looking forward to

Once I retired, I promised myself I would become proficient on the computer
and that, for me, meant sharing my thoughts in written form. I have always
been able to express myself verbally, but since I am dyslexia, to write what I 
want to express has been more difficult.   Then I met Aubrey and he installed
Dragon zNaturally Speaking on my computer.  My computer types what I
want to say!!!  This is just one example of how Aubrey's knowledge has greatly enhanced the usefulness and pleasure I have gotten from my computer. I look
forward to learning much more about how a computer functions and how I can
